Generation Ireland

Generation has the mission to support people into life-changing careers that would otherwise be inaccessible. We do this via profession-specific bootcamps that provide diverse, motivated entry-level talent with the skills to succeed in their new career from day one. Our unique model incorporates wraparound mentorship as well as matchmaking to interviews. Since 2020, we have achieved an ~80% placement rate and are proud to support a diverse range of learners: ~40% BAME, ~50% women, 15% disability
