EU Funding Goals
In the next two years, we aim to build a strong network within the EU, participating as a partner in projects focused on homelessness, social inclusion, and community-based initiatives. We seek to learn from other organisations about effective EU funding mechanisms, project management, and scaling impact.
In five years, we plan to take on larger, more complex projects, focusing on creating and sharing best practices for integrating individuals with lived homelessness experience into social enterprises. We aim to improve our capacity for cross-border collaboration and have a leadership role in projects.
In ten years, we hope to be coordinating multiple EU-funded projects, expanding our social enterprise model to other cities across Europe, and having a measurable, widespread impact on the inclusion of vulnerable populations. Our goal is to drive systemic change in how homelessness is addressed, with a focus on employment, empowerment, and social cohesion.
