EU Project Experience

This organisation is new to EU funding and will be supported by the Access Europe team.
EU Funding Goals
In the initial two years, we aim to foster meaningful collaborations that enable us to acquire essential skills and competencies while contributing to impactful projects. Specifically, we are eager to develop connections in the areas of youth empowerment, mental health, DEI and education.
We would then aspire to undertake larger-scale projects with specific outputs, leveraging our strengthened expertise and established networks to drive meaningful change.
Looking further into the future, our vision encompasses coordinating multiple projects with high-level outputs and results, cementing our position as a leader in youth empowerment and advocacy within Europe.
Strengths
We are Ireland’s most trusted youth information and support platform.
One endorsement of spunout’s best practice approach to youth information and youth participation is our European Youth Information Quality Label from ERYICA.
Through our platform and channels, spunout shares factual information on mental health and wellbeing. We provide immediate, free and anonymous text support to anyone who wants to talk. We share the stories and experiences of young people across Ireland to amplify our voices, and so that we all feel a little less alone. spunout is by young people, for young people and we work collaboratively with other young people to support our mental health and wellbeing.
A community of young contributors and volunteers powers our services, guides the work we do, and ensures we stay true to our values and mission.
Our Action Panels’ role is to provide guidance and leadership to spunout about the needs of young people in Ireland. They help us to come up with solutions and ideas for what information and support young people need right now. Our content contributors share a wide range of stories and opinions to inspire, support, educate and engage young people across Ireland.
